Join me for a playful, connection-focused partner yoga workshop designed to enrich your practice and deepen your sense of coregulation, healing touch, and shared joy.
We’ll move in pairs and small groups to explore familiar (and maybe brand-new!) gentle and active yoga shapes. The practice begins with slow, grounding breathwork together, then builds into a full partner-based flow with moments of laughter, support, and discovery. We’ll close with a spacious, restorative rest side-by-side.
Come with a friend, partner, or family member—or arrive solo and we’ll pair you up. No experience required, just a willingness to play and connect. Cost is $15 per person or pay what makes you happy.

- We'll meet together via zoom or in your home on a schedule and timeframe that works for you. This is a highly flexible and tailored offering. A one-hour session is $35 and discounts are available when purchasing a series.
