Savor the Sweetness Within

An Introduction...

I’m a certified yoga instructor, dog mama, and lifelong innovator with a BA in Exercise Science and a Master of Public Health (MPH). I live in Port Angeles with my husband, where we love enjoying everything the Olympic Peninsula has to offer—hiking and biking the trails, playing pickleball, and being part of this amazing community.

On the mat, I encourage students to discover their inner strength, embrace playfulness, and carve out meaningful time for themselves amid busy lives. Yoga has been part of my journey since I first stepped onto the mat in college in the late nineties. Over the years, it has supported me in countless ways, and I’m passionate about sharing its many benefits with others.

In 2022, I traveled to Costa Rica for my 200-hour yoga teacher training. While I hadn’t originally planned to teach, that experience sparked a deeper calling to share yoga more fully. Since then, I’ve continued my growth through a 300-hour training, exploring how yoga builds strength, mobility, and resilience—on and off the mat.
